AI Business Marketing Academy ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Email address (required for login), display name, optional avatar.
- Payment information. Processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We never store card numbers. Stripe shares only the customer ID, subscription status, and billing dates with us.
- Community activity. Posts, comments, likes, and login timestamps.
- Email engagement. Whether you opened or clicked emails we send via Resend.
How we use it
- To deliver the Academy experience: log you in, gate access to paid content, post your contributions to the community feed.
- To send transactional email: welcome, password resets, weekly call reminders, billing notices.
- To improve the product: aggregate analytics on what features members use.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising networks.
Service providers
We use the following providers to operate the Academy:
- Stripe for payments and subscription management.
- Supabase for hosting your account and community data.
- Resend for transactional email delivery.
- Railway for application hosting.
- Vimeo for video hosting in the classroom.
- Zoom for live Tuesday calls.
Your rights
You can:
- Access your data by logging in and viewing your profile, posts, and comments.
- Update your data by editing your display name and avatar in account settings.
- Delete your data by cancelling your membership and emailing us. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.
- Export your data by emailing us. We will send you a copy of your account and contribution data.
