AI Business Marketing Academy is a paid membership community operated by Carlos Zepeda. Membership grants access to the live Tuesday training calls, the recorded library, and the member community for as long as your subscription is active.
Membership is billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. Prices are listed on the signup page and may be updated for new members from time to time. Existing members keep their current price for the duration of their current billing period.
If within 30 days of your first payment the Academy has not changed how you think about AI in your business, email us and we will refund every dollar you have paid. No questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are not offered.
Cancel anytime via the Manage Subscription button in your account. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your access pauses and recurring billing stops.
The community is for members to share work, ask questions, and learn. Don't use it to spam, sell to other members, harass anyone, or post material you don't have rights to. We reserve the right to remove posts or revoke access for violations, with refund prorated to the unused portion of your current billing period.
Academy training content (videos, recordings, written material) is owned by Carlos Zepeda and provided for personal use by members. Do not redistribute, repackage, or resell it.
Content you post in the community remains yours. By posting you grant the Academy a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform.
The Academy is training, not done-for-you service. We show you how AI can be used in real businesses. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Whether you put what you learn to work in your business is up to you.
Our liability for any claim related to the Academy is limited to the total amount you have paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
